Telehealth Device Drive!

After receiving success with our last telehealth device drive in 2021, we are excited to offer device recycling opportunities throughout the year! We believe that the lack of devices for some patients is still an important ongoing problem in today’s world exiting the pandemic. Without devices, it can be challenging for some patients to receive care because they do not have access to telehealth which has grown in popularity since it is more convenient for many and safer to meet virtually.

Anyone can donate a device at any time and we will accept devices in all conditions! Devices in poor condition or devices assessed to not be functional for telehealth purposes will be recycled. We are partnering with Chicago’s PCC Community Wellness Center to provide the devices to patients in need.

VILLAGE HALL (PASSED): To make it easy for those who would like to donate, we have various options available. As Earth Day quickly approaches, we will be participating in a Park Clean-Up with the Village of Hinsdale on Thursday, April 21 from 4pm to dusk. At this event, community members are welcome to come to Burlington Park at the Village Hall to help clean up the park as well as drop off a device donation! This event is free for all community members and you can register at Village of Hinsdale: Park Clean Up Day Members of Sustainable Health will also be at this event helping out and answering questions about our drive. Please encourage your friends and family to show up to this event to greatly benefit our community and bring any devices if you have them!
